Parents and Teachers – Please submit all reimbursements to SPA no later than Thursday 5/31 to allow enough time for checks to be written and signed before the last day of school. Also, please note that reimbursements should be emailed in one .PDF file to the Treasurer or put in the Treasurer folder in the copy room. There have been several reimbursements found in other folders and can cause reimbursements to get overlooked. Thank you for your help with this and feel free to reach out to SPA with any questions.
