MDUSD is no longer using the website “My School Bucks” for adding money to students’ cafeteria accounts. They are using a new vendor, “Titan School Solutions,” this year; however, they are still working on getting the online payment system setup and activated. They hope to have the payment system active by Monday, August 20th.
We have talked with MDUSD Food Services and have been told that students will be able to purchase lunch in the cafeteria on credit, and will accrue a negative balance on their accounts until the system is running. Parents do NOT have to send money to school with their students or go to the school cafeteria in person to make a payment.
Parents, you can go ahead and create an account with Titan, link your students to your account, and register a method of payment (credit card) at the site: family.titank12.com. Any money in your student’s account with “My School Bucks” has been transferred over to “Titan School Solutions.” Hopefully the online payment system will be functional next week.
Also, there is apparently no longer an option to pre-pay for lunch for the entire year at a discounted rate this year. Everyone will need to go online to pay, give money to their students, or come into the cafeteria in person to add money to their accounts.
Lastly, apparently the Sequoia Cafeteria is not following the usual Elementary School Lunch Menu published by the District. Here is the correct menu for Sequoia for September 2018.
